Most orders ship same day if placed before 3PM EST
All orders will ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays
If you have chose 1-Day shipping, your order can go out Thursday as well
Here at BugBoyShop we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality mantises, feeders, and supplies. In order for us to make this happen we must put in place certain policies and procedures. One of the most important policies is our LAG (Live arrival guarantee) policy. Our live arrival guarantee is placed automatically on orders that have UPS 2-Day shipping, and UPS 1-Day shipping. Heat packs and cold packs will be included in each order free of charge pending weather. Our LAG procedure consists of the following in the event of a DOA (Dead on arrival).
LAG eligibility terms
-Must send video/picture of DOA in original container within 1 hour of delivery
-Have selected either 2-day or 1-day shipping at checkout
-Weather is above 40F or below 95F
